IN THE LIFE OF A RACING DRIVER: RACE PREPARATIONS PT1- ROUND 1 CADWELL PARK

As the 2020 season is going to return in just under 20 days, me and my team BS Motorsport are roaring to get back to racing in the BRSCC Mazda MX5 Championship hopeful to bring home some decent results.

We are both working incredibly hard to ensure I have the best chances of performing well at Cadwell Park, I am going to run through my average week as a race driver in preparation for the race weekend ahead.

In this short blog series I will be writing about life as a racing driver and what our daily routines are for upcoming races. (This is just my routine some drivers work differently)

Today I will be writing about my Mondays and what I do to ensure I get most out of my day in preparation for a race weekend
